This Privacy Policy explains how Pacific Tech Ltd ("Pacific Tech", "we", "us", or "our") processes information through the WebMarket website, WebMarket mobile application, and related services. WebMarket is operated by Pacific Tech Ltd.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use WebMarket, we may collect:

• Account and contact information: name, email address, optional phone number, company, country, and account identifier.
• Authentication information: password in protected hashed form, access tokens, login sessions, and device label.
• Commercial information: orders, purchases, licences, downloads, quotes, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, and transaction references.
• Support and communications: contact-form submissions, support tickets, replies, newsletter preferences, and correspondence.
• AI assistant content: questions, messages, conversation identifiers, and responses submitted through the Pacific AI Sales Assistant.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, logs, pages or products viewed, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events.
• Downloaded files: temporary local copies of purchased products created when you request a download. The mobile app uses the device sharing interface when you choose where to save or open a file.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• create, authenticate, secure, and administer accounts;
• display products and deliver purchased websites, templates, licences, and services;
• process orders, payments, refunds, quotes, and subscriptions;
• provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
• operate and improve the AI sales assistant;
• send service notices and, where permitted, marketing communications;
• prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
• maintain records and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory duties; and
• analyse performance and improve our website, application, and services.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, and act with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Payments and service providers

Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers, depending on the method available at checkout. Those providers process payment details under their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. We may share limited information with hosting, email, analytics, security, customer-support, file-delivery, payment, and AI service providers only as needed to provide and protect WebMarket.

Temporary mobile download files remain subject to your device and operating-system controls.

8. Account deletion

Users can initiate permanent account deletion inside the WebMarket mobile app by opening My WebMarket, selecting Delete Account, confirming the current password, and following the displayed instructions. Account deletion removes the account and associated data that we are not legally required to retain. Certain transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. You may also contact us for assistance.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transport, password hashing, access controls, secure token storage, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

10. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing using the provided method or by contacting us. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children's privacy

WebMarket is intended for business users and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
